Not quite. Dotdigital AI covers everything AI-related in the platform, like generative AI, predictive analytics, product recommendations, and the agents. The agents are the newest part: they do the work for you, rather than just making suggestions for you to act on.

How does Dotdigital handle AI responsibly?

You stay in control at every step. Agents produce suggestions and drafts, so nothing goes live until you've reviewed and approved it.
