1. Definitions
- “Ambassador” refers to a staff of a client of Dotdigital who has been accepted into the Program and participates in activities to earn Points.
- “Dotdigital” refers to Dotdigital APAC Pty Ltd or Dotdigital SG Pte Ltd, as applicable.
- “Points” refers to the units earned by Ambassadors for engaging in specified activities as outlined in these Terms.
- “Program” refers to the Dotdigital Ambassador Program, which allows Ambassadors to earn points for advocating on behalf of Dotdigital.
- “Rewards” refers to the benefits that can be redeemed using Points as determined and notified to the Ambassador from time to time at Dotdigital’s sole discretion.
2. Introduction
By participating in the Program, you agree to these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not participate.
3. Eligibility
- The Program is open exclusively to staff of businesses that are clients of Dotdigital under a service agreement.
- Acceptance into the Program is at Dotdigital’s sole discretion. Applications will be reviewed, and Dotdigital reserves the right to accept or reject any application.
4. Program Participation
- Staff of Dotdigital’s clients can sign up to become Ambassadors through the designated registration page.
- Ambassadors earn Points by engaging in activities such as referrals, testimonials, and social media advocacy on behalf of Dotdigital. Dotdigital will inform the Ambassadors of exclusive opportunities to earn Points throughout the year.
5. Points System
- Points will be awarded based on the following activities:

- Points will be tracked and updated regularly. Dotdigital will notify Ambassadors of their points and leaderboard position on a monthly basis.
6. Points Redemption
- Points can be redeemed for various Rewards, which may include:
- Exclusive access to events or webinars
- Branded merchandise
- Other Rewards as determined by Dotdigital
- Specific details on how to redeem Points will be provided on a case by case basis.
- Points are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
7. Prizes
- At the end of each calendar year, the Ambassador with the highest Points will receive a prize, which will be announced at the beginning of the year.
- The top Ambassador prize for 2025 will be a trip to the Dotdigital London office for meetings and networking opportunities with Dotdigital’s leadership team and clients. The top scoring Ambassador will be announced in December 2025, and the trip will be coordinated to occur in 2026.
- In order to be eligible for the prize, the winner must be employed at a client of Dotdigital at the time of the trip.
- Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
8. Code of Conduct and Compliance
- Ambassadors must comply with all applicable laws, including anti-bribery regulations. Ambassadors must conduct themselves ethically and responsibly at all times.
- Any form of harassment, discrimination, or unethical behaviour will result in immediate disqualification from the Program.
9. Termination
- Dotdigital reserves the right to terminate the Program or disqualify any Ambassador at its discretion, including for violations of these Terms.
10. Limitation of Liability
- Dotdigital shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in the Program. By participating, you agree to indemnify and hold Dotdigital harmless from any claims or damages.
11. Changes to Terms
- Dotdigital may modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be made available online, and it is the responsibility of Ambassadors to review the Terms periodically.
12. Governing Law
- For Ambassadors whose company having a service agreement with dotdigital APAC Pty Ltd, the laws of New South Wales, Australia shall govern these Terms and the courts of New South Wales, Australia shall have exclusive jurisdiction to determine any disputes arising under these Terms.
- For Ambassadors whose company having a service agreement with dotdigital SG Pte Ltd, the laws of Singapore shall govern these Terms and the courts of Singapore shall have exclusive jurisdiction to determine any disputes arising under these Terms.
