Registration will close promptly at 1:35pm. We’ll have someone at the registration desk in case you arrive a little late though.
Nope, the more the merrier! We’ll be sure to have some extra name badges at check-in for any last minute registrations.
There will be coffee, tea, refreshments, and light bites and snacks. So our advice is to come with hungry minds, but not hungry stomachs – make sure to eat lunch ahead of time!
The closest parking garage to the venue is located at 511 W. 33rd St, and offers valet parking. The entrance is between 10th Avenue and Hudson Blvd. We recommend using the apps SpotHero or SpotAngel to find parking.
The nearest major station is Pennsylvania (Penn) station, just a 6 minute walk from the venue. We have provided directions for those travelling via Penn Station, on any of the following routes:
For those coming from Long Island via the Long Island Rail Road (LIRR), you can exit at Pennsylvania Station (Penn Station). From there, the Midnight Theatre can be accessed either from 9th Avenue between 33rd and 31st St or from 33rd St. between 9th and 10th Avenue. The Midnight Theatre is located in Manhattan West Plaza.
For those coming from the Northeast via the Northeast Regional Amtrak service, you can also take that to Pennsylvania Station (Penn Station). From there, follow the directions listed above for LIRR passengers.
Subway lines that serve Pennsylvania Station (Penn Station) include A, C, E, 1, 2 and 3 trains. Or the 7 train to Hudson Yards. When you reach Penn Station you can follow the directions provided in the previous responses to get to Midnight Theatre at 75 Manhattan West Plaza.
For those arriving at Penn Station using other transit options (e.g., NJ Transit), exit at Penn Station and follow the directions listed above for LIRR passengers.
For those coming bye one of the NY Waterway or NYC Ferry services, disembark at one of the West Midtown ferry terminals (Ferry Terminal at Hudson Yards or Pier 79/West Midtown.
From there, walk east towards 12th Ave and then turn right heading south. Turn left on 34th St. Cross the street at 10th Ave and turn right. Turn left onto 33rd St and then left again onto Manhattan West Plaza. The theatre will be on your right.
