Dotdigital collaborates with Adobe to deliver powerful end-to-end customer experiences

Solidifying the decade long relationship, Dotdigital’s Chief Product and Technology Officer to speak during the Summit on the combined value customers will see in 2022

San Jose, CA (March 15, 2022, 6 AM PT) – Dotdigital, the customer engagement platform that helps digital marketers and developers deliver communications across the customer journey, today announced it is now a Premier partner in the Adobe Exchange Partner Program ahead of Adobe Summit – The Digital Conference.

Building upon existing synergies, the partnership demonstrates the long-lasting relationship between both brands with the goal of integrating quality technology with the customer experience. Adobe Commerce merchants seeking to engage customers across all touchpoints allows marketers to create powerful end-to-end customer journeys all from within Adobe Commerce.

The virtual Adobe Summit, taking place March 15-17 is a global event designed to help marketers build new skills, learn from top brands, and connect with peers, while being inspired to create better, more personalized customer experiences. Steve Shaw, Chief Product and Technology Officer at Dotdigital, will speak to the combined value the new partnership agreement will bring to Adobe and Dotdigital customers in 2022.

Shaw’s 25-minute session, taking place on March 15th at 2:30 PM PT, will be titled, “Harness the Power of Customer Insights with Single Customer View,” and attendees will learn why building a SCV is good for businesses and customers when done right. Additional insights will include:

  • The way you collect data on your customers affects their perception of your brand
  • Why consumer trust affects the propensity to buy, and buy again
  • What a customer-first data acquisition strategy looks like, and what steps you can take as a business to build out a SCV that works for you

As Dotdigital’s Chief Product and Technology Officer, Shaw is responsible for all group product innovation, technology, and tech acquisitions. A longtime digital aficionado, he worked alongside the original founders when Dotdigital was initially formed in 1999, before making a move into sports administration where he headed up technology for UK Horseracing’s governing body. Shaw later joined Dotdigital as Director of Technology in 2014 and, shortly after, transitioned to the role of CPTO where he creates the global product vision and executes on the delivery of the organization’s product, technology and infrastructure, consisting of Product, Engineering, Support, Data Science & Analytics, Service & Message Operations, Information Security, Corporate ICT and Business Solutions.
