Refund Policy
As a company, we do not issue refunds for anything committed to on a Service Agreement or purchased within the Dotdigital platform. This includes any unused credits or message sends.
In the event that there is an event meaning that we do not meet our uptime commitments, you are able to request a service credit. More details of this can be found within our Terms of Service.
Please carefully review our Terms of Service in addition to your Service Agreement which sets out your financial commitments to us for the duration of your contract term.
Compliance issues
We do not provide refunds whatsoever on accounts that were terminated due to a compliance issue.
Before you send any campaign through Dotdigital, please be sure to read and understand our Terms of Service. We reserve the right to suspend, disable or deactivate any account if our Compliance Team finds that a user has abused our system in any way.
Chargebacks
When you request a chargeback, the bank that issues your credit card reverses a payment you made to Dotdigital, and sending may be disabled in your account. To resolve the chargeback and re-enable sending, please contact CreditControl@dotdigital.com.
