In September, Dotdigital and Yotpo expanded their partnership by releasing a second integration between Yotpo Reviews and Dotdigital, to accompany the existing integration between Yotpo Loyalty & Referrals with Dotdigital.
The new integration enables joint customers to take advantage of reviews in campaigns by creating highly personalized and targeted messaging that boosts engagement.
