We don’t tie you into paying for things you don’t need, so our pricing is bespoke to your business. For our marketing automation platform, we calculate monthly pricing based on the number of contacts you want to market to and the number of messages you plan to send.
On our ecommerce personalization platform, pricing is calculated based on the number of contacts and the average number of monthly pageviews on your website.
You’ll be assigned a dedicated Customer Success Manager who will work with you to make sure you’re making the most of your plan.
If it looks like you’ll exceed your allowances, they may recommend an upgrade to a higher band. Or if you prefer, you can pay for extra messages, contacts or pageviews at our overages rate. Either way, you won’t be restricted from sending.
We do everything we can to help you get up and running as quickly as possible. This includes a dedicated onboarding project manager and an assisted first campaign send. You’ll also have a wealth of training material available on-demand, as well as live chat support whenever you need it.
How long this onboarding takes will depend on your needs, in particular things like the number of integrations with other platforms you’d like to go live with. We’ll work with you to build a schedule that best suits you.
