IP and domain warming strategies
New IPs, domains, and combinations require volume to be built up slowly to ensure a solid sending reputation. To get you off on the right foot, we’re able to create tailored ramp-up strategies for your dedicated IP or new sending domain. With these strategies, and a focus on sending to recipients that want to receive emails from you, your mail streams will be properly introduced to the mail receivers and will help limit the effect on your inbox placement.
Abuse monitoring and proactive de-listing
We operate a zero-tolerance policy on sending emails to recipients who have not given permission. Our deliverability team actively monitors 3rd party blacklists and reports of abusive emails being sent. We’ll take immediate action on emails that are identified as not wanted or abusive to safeguard that the platform isn’t affected. Plus, we’ll work with that sender on a solution to ensure wanted emails are being sent to recipients who have given consent.
